Bchu Runway is Thailand's largest designer outfit online rental platform. My main responsibility was to develop, maintain, and improve the technical area of the organization.
Accomplishments:
- Reduced Website Load time by 90% (20 sec to 3-4 sec), which directly improved the sales by 300% in the first 6 months.
- Implemented four payment gateway for the website and mobile app to improve the customer experience and easier checkout.
- Developed nine in-house software, including inventory management applications to improve the efficiency of the team and easy to track the product.
- Restructured frontend for SEO optimization that directly boosts website reach and gained a 600% increase in orders (120 to 700+ per branch).

The core role was to develop customized Enterprise Resource (ERP) software solutions for clients (12 customized and 50 generic implementations). Integrating E-commerce, POS with Netforce, and enterprise software. Web applications were built with ReactJS with Redux. Main technologies: Python, Java, Node, ReactJS, Redux, Redux-Saga, Webpack.
